How long does it take from White to Black Belt in the Striking Programs?Short answer: For Kids, it can take anywhere from 5-7 years to earn Black Belt For Adults, it can take anywhere from 3.5-5 years to earn Black Belt Long answer: It depends on many factors... First, being the amount of time training. For example, if a person trained consecutively, three times a week, they would be more apt to progress quicker than someone who only trains once per week. Second, the grasping, understanding, and demonstration of concepts - each student is different. This being said, don't let it discourage you from training, and trying your hardest. We will support you each and every step of the way.

What ages can someone join/train?We have a minimum member age requirement of four (4) years old, and we have no maximum age. Everybody is welcome to come try out a class of both styles (Striking & BJJ) free of charge! Contact us today to get started.
