Visitor Information

Visiting Shogun? Here's some helpful information:

Visiting from Out of Town - Need-To-Know Information:

Please call or email us ahead of time to make your visit as smooth as possible.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your class, so you can meet the coaches, and so we may answer any questions you may have.

Drop-In rates apply, and are cash only. Please call or email us ahead of time.

Please come dressed for your class. Attire is as follows:
- Striking Classes: Please wear workout-attire (fight shorts--no pockets or zippers, and a t-shirt).
- BJJ Classes:
  - Gi Uniform Policy: Please bring your gi, as our loan-stack is limited. If needed, please tell us ahead of time that you need to borrow one.
  - No-Gi Uniform Policy: Rash guards or compression shirts; No zippers on any clothing.

Please fill out our release form using this link prior to your arrival.
- If you are not 18+ years old, a parent/guardian must sign on your behalf.
- Please retain the confirmation email for us to better assist you.

Shogun Martial Arts is located at 60 Barrett Drive, Webster, NY 14580.
- Our entrance is to the right side of the building, around the back. Look for our bright blue door.
  - You may park anywhere in the 60 Barrett Drive parking lot. Please do not park in Lattimore Physical Therapy's parking lot, as it is reserved for their patients.

Buddy Week Visitors - Need-To-Know Information:

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your class, so you can meet the coaches, be fitted for a uniform, and so we may answer any questions you may have.

If possible, please come dressed for your class. For BJJ classes, we will provide a loaner Gi for your use.
- Attire is as follows:
  - Striking Classes: Please wear workout-attire (fight shorts--no pockets or zippers, and a t-shirt).
  - BJJ Classes:
    - Gi Uniform Policy: Gi and rash guard.
    - No-Gi Uniform Policy: Rash guards or compression shirts; No zippers on any clothing.

Helpful Information:

Shoes are not allowed on the mat at any time, and shoes are required anytime off the mat, especially in restrooms. Please bring sandals to comply with this requirement.
Unfortunately, we do not have a drinking fountain available at this time. Please bring water to hydrate during/after class. Water bottles are also available for purchase at the desk.
